Meet the Team
Sanara Medicine in Lodi, California brings dual board-certified integrative medicine to the Central Valley. Dr. Ruby Gill, MD and Dr. Sahil Rao, MD combine rigorous medical training with evidence-based integrative therapies.
Every patient receives a personalized protocol — not a template. Sanara Medicine limits enrollment so each physician-patient relationship gets the depth it deserves.

An Upstream Approach to Medicine
Sanara Medicine treats root causes rather than symptoms. Conventional medicine often prescribes medication to manage a lab value. Integrative medicine asks why that lab value changed in the first place.
Hormones, metabolism, skin health, and sexual wellness are interconnected systems. A thyroid imbalance affects weight. Cortisol dysregulation disrupts sleep. Declining estrogen changes skin texture and bone density. Sanara Medicine evaluates these systems together instead of referring patients to four separate specialists.
Every protocol begins with a comprehensive functional medicine workup — not a 15-minute appointment. The physicians analyze extensive lab panels, health histories, and lifestyle factors before recommending any treatment.
